Hi.
Without writing any spoilers (on the off chance that somebody is struggling with one of these at the moment) a few years ago I was shown an ingenious puzzle which was simply two wooden blocks which were seemingly impossible to pull apart.
The final solution is very simple, but only when you know it.
Does anybody know of this puzzle and where I can buy it (in the UK)? Thanks in advance.

POSSIBLE SPOILER:
When I was younger, I bought this cube ('ancient Chinese puzzle', it said) ... it said that if I could open it, it would reveal the secret of the universe.
The cube consisted of two U-shaped sections, and it was easy to open it, if you knew the trick.
Inside, there was a #$@^%! bean.

No pics?
I've seen a puzzle consisting of a wooden cube in two parts. Is this what you mean?

What was the trick? Did the sections (individually) look like this?

No.
(SPOILER ALERT)
The 'trick' was far simpler than this.
Inside the wooden cube was a sliding metal rod. This rod locked the two halves together. If you hit the side of the cube with enough force this moved the metal rod such that the two halves could now be pulled apart. I would love to find one of these.

I had one that combined the magnetized hidden rod with the diagonal dovetail. Unfortunately I've lost the rod part, and just the dovetail alone is not difficult to figure out. This was hand-made, I don't recall seeing them in stores.
