What kind of puzzle is it?

Hi everybody,

I don't know the type/name of the puzzle I will tell below. It is pretty well-known I think and want to do more of them, but I don't know where to find them. One of them goes like this:

Situation: Man lies dead in a phonebooth. The phone is off the hook, there's glass and a fish lying on the ground.

Question: How did the man die and why?

One person knows the answer to the story and everybody else can ask questions to which you may only give a Yes or No answer.

WHAT ARE THESE KIND OF PUZZLES CALLED AND WHERE CAN I FIND MORE OF THEM?
