More photos were just posted, I don't know what number 129 is, so please let me know if you have any ideas: http://puzzlephotos.blogspot.com/
The web site that hosts my images has been having problems, hopefully they have everything fixed now.

129 appears to be a set screw. The odd thing about it is that it's double-sided. Perhaps it is intended to maintain a fixed distance between two other parts, and to center or offset it in some adjustable

127: Paint can lid tool?
128: I can think of alot of things, but nothing that stands out. I have a pair of slightly smaller, *very* strong magnets like this; let's just say they'd never photograph with that separation!
129: Set screw? Very odd design, if so, as it could be inserted either end first, and is slotted to work that way...

As a secondary feature this one does have an LED flashlight, the bulb is underneath the metal tip at the front, but the main purpose for this object is something else.
Set screw is the most popular answer so far, but I'm still researching why it has the points.

Correct, when these are smashed together there is enough heat generated at the point of contact to burn a small hole in a piece of paper. I was hoping to take this one step further and use a piece magician's flash paper to make a whole piece of paper burst into flames but it didn't work. I eventually did find a way to make this happen by adding one more thing into the equation, a follow-up puzzle to this one is to determine what the additional element was.

126 is a tool for discharging electrostatic charges from the user's body by holding it and pressing the metal tip against an earthed object.
129 is from an adjustable spanner/wrench, it's the part you turn in order to adjust the size.

Correct, the neon lamp indicator on the top flashes when static is discharged.
I don't think it's from a wrench, the threads are sharp and don't have the grooves for finger traction.

I'm not familiar with those, I guess there are a few different chemicals that could be used but the method that someone suggested to me was inexpensive and easily obtainable from local stores. I'll post the answer in a day or two if nobody gets it first.
