Unsolved cryptograms

I suppose some folks solved my last Playfair (under the subject, 'Thank god, Dan didn't try it'. It was pretty easy. But has anyone worked on the cryptogram I posted as 'I'm done playing fair?' It's harder, and, of course, not a Playfair cipher.

I poked at it a while, but nothing popped out at me in the stats, and I didn't want to go into full-up 'try it as every kind of cipher that doesn't show any useful statistics' mode. Did anyone else see any 'phenomena' that might help with diagnosis?

I saw a bit of clue just above the ciphertext. I mangled only just a bit of that clue
