2nd was:

and I was going nuts and couldn't come with an answer. But they claim it should still be very simple, so I gave it a try. After one hour, me and my family broke the code...
well 3 more steps and we can win over $200 so I we are working on third one.

I am the only person who solved the third step (at least the site claims it). Third step was encrypted using quite hard D cipher, it took me 4 hours. Trytobreak.com rulez, a real brain teaser untill you come to solve it. Then it looks so easy, that one can't believe it took such a long time to see the answer. What saved me was that they provided 2 hints for step 3.
