A hen's egg weighs two ounces and is soft- boiled after 2 1/2 minutes. How long should one boil a 1lb. goose egg for a similar result?

Some subproblems: - how fast does heat dissipate + how much bigger is the goose egg - differences in chemical composition - how much energy does the flame (or whatever heat producing process) produce - in the extreme case of 'infinitely much', having a bigger egg to boil doesn't make a difference - otherwise it will take longer for the bigger egg to receive all the energy it needs - what does 'similar' mean in this context? (And minutes of what? Minutes after having been laid?)
