Hello folks, According to rec.puzzles archives[1], ...

'The entire book _Satire: Veritas_ is a palindrome, it starts 'Sir, I stra...' and ends '... Art, sir, is Satire: Veritas.' '

I cannot find such a book listed in Library of Congress, Amazon, or anywhere online outside of the rec.puzzles archive (other than pages that just copy the above statement).

Can somebody help me get more details about this alleged book? Thank you!

The author was David L. Stephens (Charlotte, N.C.). Printed on 56 single-sided punched-hole 8.5 x 11 inch paper, bound by one of those plastic-insert things, it sported khaki/green-colored 'cover' pages. It's shown as 'Word Ways Monograph Series 1 (1980)', 'Word Ways' being the well-known 'Journal of Recreational Linguistics'.

Yes, it exists.
