Hi,
Does anyone know or have a word list which has nine-letter words in it.
These words must be safe for family use for children of all ages. No swear words, racism, etc.
It doesn't matter if the child doesn't know the word, it just has to be safe.
Thanks in advance to anyone.
A list which contains other lengths is fine as long as they are all safe.

I know what you are asking for, but personally, I have problems with your request. Unless you are willing to clarify what you mean by 'safe', I'm afraid you'll have to do your own censoring.
Consider the following sentences:
1) Bob jewed me out of $20 2) Bob gyped me out of $20 3) Bob welshed on that $20 4) Bob is a niggard
Among Americans, sentences 1 and 4 will generally provoke a reaction while 2 and 3 will not. Sentences 1, 2, and 3 are equally racist, yet sentence 4 is not racist, even though 4 will provoke the strongest reaction in the average American. Do you eliminate 2 and 3 from your 'safe' list even though they are in common usage? Do you allow 1 because you have allowed 2 and 3? Do you eliminate 4 because it is usually confused with a racial epithet? Can you justify your decisions?
Is 'homophobe' an acceptable nine-letter word for family use? 'scalawags'? 'holocaust'? 'skinheads'? 'fornicate'? 'derogates'? 'prejudice'?
If you want to stay 'safe' and eliminate the words that might spark a discussion about 'racism, etc.', you would do well to toss out 'tolerance', 'suffrage', 'emancipate', 'immigrant', 'melanin', 'heritage', 'culture',

I have a full dict with over 170,000 words - I just wanted one I could use in a family environment (and only 9 letters).
