REBUS PUZZLE: Help Wanted For This One

This is a rebus puzzle. The arrangement of the letters/words pictorially is supposed to suggest a common phrase.

For example,

mind matter

Answer: Mind over matter

This one has me stumped:

For this one, I have to describe it. Picture the alphabet (ABCDE ... XYZA strung together to form a 'U'. The 'A' starts at the left 'arm' of the 'U' ... I notice that the whole alphabet PLUS AB was used to form the 'U'... I don't know if the two extra letters have any significance.

What phrase does this suggest? It has me stumped.

Given the shape, I thought 'Noel to You'... but only if the alphabet is missing an 'L', which we still haven't

I presume the sequence of letters along the big U is ABCDEFGHIJK(L)MNOPQRSTUVWXYZAB

In that case there's still the extra A and B to do something with.

Who was it ran the whole gamut of her emotions, from A to B?

Could you clarify please if all 26 letters are present, plus an extra A and B, thus making 28 letters in total?
