I got '0.16 seconds. Fantastic!' but I cheated. After clicking the start button, immediately select the stop button but don't release the mouse button until you see the red.

May I suggest changing the way the test is run so that the stop command comes from the space bar.

In this way you can test left-handedness against right-handedness... Additionally - for the users - suggestions like - cover your left eye/right eye and alternate hands could be fun Also... What about having a blue square appear or a green... then a red

Looking at the source, there appears to be an abortive attempt by the programmer to implement random colors.

There is also the message 'Excellent reactions!' if your time is under 100ms. I know from some previous work I've done that an average mouseclick for me has about 90milliseconds between depress and release.

In fact I've tidied the code quite a lot and it's much better than the original...
