Quantum cryptography

Anyone have expertise (theoretical, if not practical) on this subject? I'd like to include a chapter about it in my upcoming book, Breaking Codes and Ciphers, but I'm going to need to bounce some raw material off of someone who's a little more familiar with the "new stuff" than I am.

I've done a little wandering around the discussions here, and it looks like a smart group.

I used to be an egghead myself, back in the day -- but modern technology has left me behind, and I have to depend on younger minds -- like my kids' -- to help me wade through complex mental activities (such as programming a cell phone, using Microsoft Paint ... and understanding quantum mechanics).
