Can you find the message in the bottle?

The object of this puzzle is to find the hidden proverb by using all of the letters in the bottle. To begin the message, select one of the letters in the six by six grid. Then move one cell up, down, left, right, or diagonally to get the next letter. Keep moving to new cells, each time adding the letter in the cell onto the end of your message. You may visit each cell only once. The asterisks (*) represent the spaces between the words in the proverb. When you have visited every grid cell in the right order, you will have discovered the hidden proverb.
