Where could I test on-line the primality of numbers having more or less 500 digits? When I use the applet below I get sometimes : « X... is probably prime ». I would like to be 100% sure! Regards, É.

Have you goofed? The next term is only 89 digits, surely? Or have I goofed? It's late, and anything's possible. Or has the database goofed - there's a 514 digit prime 3 terms later in the sequence?

It's >10000 digits.
I've sieved the possible candidates up to 50000 digits to a depth of 2^29 bits, leaving 1474 candidates. If you want to try to find a large PRP, I can let you have the PFGW script file. There's a 0.69 chance of success. It'll probably take a week on a fast machine.
