Inside (...) on each line are the prime factorizations of successive multiples of 5: the 'next Census' reference suggests that these are also census years in New Zealand. As 'squ of' suggests, inside =...= are the squares of these numbers, but written with a comma after the 10,000's digit instead of in the usual position.

If the next census year is 2005, the corresponding line would read

13) ..=402,0025= squ of(5*401)
