This is in the universe of the Disney movie 'Beauty and the Beast'.
I don't know if it has a solution, but it sounds like it has one.
Given the Beast's magic mirror, construct a perpetual motion machine.

IIRC, the mirror is a hand-mirror (the mirrored surface is an oval about 12-15 inches along the direction of the handle, and about 9-12 inches wide in the middle). The only ability I can recall it having was the ability to show any requested person in the surface. It can be extrapolated that any object may be viewable, but it was only used for viewing people in the movie. I never saw any of the other BatB things (direct-to-video sequals, &c.) so i don't know if other abilities were ever given to it.
The only 'perpetual motion' device I could see is to ask it to show a prism, which is splitting a beam of light, at least some of which is reflected from the mirror back to it. The light will keep growing in intensity, while the split-off beam (thus the need for a prism) can be used for any purpose you want. This is more a 'perpetual energy source' than a perpetual motion machine, but I think it qualifies
