I haven't been on here in a while, but you guys (and gals) were the first ones I thought of to find the solution.
I had a test earlier today for a programming position. I got all of the answers correct except one. Maybe someone here can answer it. This is done with paper & pencil only. No computers.

This solution depends somewhat on the font used.
The letters in the top row are composed of only straight lines: TVWXYZ The letters in the bottom row are composed of only curved lines: S The letters in the middle row are composed of some straight and some curved lines: RU

<question as spoiler>
Letters above the box are composed of entirely straight lines. (T, V, W, X, Y, Z) Letters below the box are all curves. (S) Letters inside have both curves and straight lines. (R, U)
It's up to you whether you'd like to slap yourself.

Thanks all. I knew someone here could get it.
P.S. For any of those interested, I only slapped myself a little bit since the solution only seemed a little obvious.
