Longest word on a keyboard

Just been sent this :-

Without move to a different line, what is the longest word that can be typed

on a single line.

Example :-

dash on the second line, wort on the top line.

i believe 'typewriter' is the longest........

There's also perpetuity on the top line 10 letters - same as typewriter

Not on proprietory keyboards like DVORAK

and proprietor and repertoire

Okay no offense, but that was a reach <g>

Sorry, but 'TEETER-TOTTER' is a hyphenated word and thus requires two lines from the keyboard.

If you don't count 'shalalalala' then the best I could come up with was 'alfalfa' for seven.
