rubbish, the correlation can experimentally be shown as explicit.
MULTI CHOICE QUESTION. Someone please have a go to settle an argument, just make the best guess you can without looking up the actual post. Thank you

Try to 'work out' the BEST option for the answer in your head. DO NOT REPLY if you *know* the answer.

This net.kook again? *sigh*
Those who haven't seen him before, here's an executive summary: |-|erc insists (among many other things) that messages sent to him have a statistically-significant-higher-than-usual probability of having some sort of wordplay correlation between the body and sender's name, which he is good at identifying. Never mind that most if not all of his examples seem to come from Usenet, making it trivial to use Google Groups to cheat like a mad dog.

You can 'show' anything numerologically, including contradition.
I highly doubt that anyone whose opinion I respect is going to answer 'Acid Pooh,' since, in particular, I know a thing or two about logic and share them when appropriate. *You*, on the other hand, just think you know a thing or two and share them incessantly.

Ah, Ed's post makes it clear that this is a question about wordplay. Mmmmm, wordplay!
Let's see:
Hercules was a demigod of both strength and cunning; Herc is only half of Hercules, so it could well be that Herc is all strength and no cunning.
'Knox' is the name of the inventor in Rolf Kauka's 'Fix and Foxi' comics, so Barb ought to have a brain.
Pooh the bear is a bear of small brains, so he does have some.
Ah, I am reminded of the fabula of the raven and the fox, where the fox outwits the raven toget the cheese; and since 'Rabe' is German for 'raven'... but then the fox is smarter than the raven, but the raven isn't totally brainless?
A web I associate with knowledge, associations etc.
Hmm, can't find a wordplay.
Ok, the only 'logical' case that could made for one of these to have *no* brain is Herc.
Post more of these! They're fun!

On Tue, 12 Oct 2004 11:03:59 +0200, Michael Mendelsohn Pohh was a bear of 'very little' brain, rather than a particularly small one.

did he cooperate or not?
the laser beam is generated 500km above you, even with 0.01 milliradian divergence that's 5 meters wide at ground level. it gets a radar view of the air surrounding you and can detect faint audio, more sensitive than a microphone put on your throat. its more intrusive than any sci.fi you've ever read, TV stations know about it and keep it under wraps. you have to see it (hear it) to believe it, I wouldn't believe completely open mind reading and telepathy with basic audio technology working from a distance would be possible.
you can rest assured, by posting to me, the pentagon has gigabytes of your thoughts on file, they can decode into legible sentences high speed meaningful subconscious thoughts even you can't hear yourself.

Frivolous Theorem of Arithmetic
Almost all natural numbers are very, very, very large.
I was hoping for some more basic stuff on determining correlation from obervation of every day occurences. Like if I can write with evidence 20 million-to-one things that happened to me this year, and no one else can come up with 2 with evidence.... what conclusion can you draw. Like those 3 quiz posts, they all occured on the same day, no one can duplicate the correlation with the names to the topic. Its a facet of deity.
