I have copies of two of the classic works on mathematics as applied to games (not game theory, which is a different subject): Winning Ways For Your Mathematical Plays (by John H. Conway, Elwyn R. Berklekamp, and Richard K. Guy) and On Numbers and Games (by Conway).

A few months ago, I'd be the first bidder of these books. However, both books have just been reprinted. You can find them on Amazon.
