As I mentioned before the sizes of the bubbles would gave to be different. Suppose > is a small field and } is a big field. Then for a large bubble we have {{{{0}}}} and the smaller one <<<o>>>>. If the bubbles are close enough together you would get something like this <<{o<<{{0}}} and water is PUSHED into the smaller by the larger bubble. See My Node D it goes into much more detail.
