There's always ten and no one was saying there isn't, but it's a different ten for different religions. Specifically, Protestants have a different set than Roman Catholics. And for all I know, there may be some Protestant sect(s) that have a different set than the usual Protestant set.

For Catholics, the second commandment is not to take the name of god in vain.

My source was the Catholic Truth Society bible Douay version, fourth edition published in 1960. According to that bible, 'Take not the Lords name in vain' is number three. Exodus 20:7

The Catholic church normally uses the version of the 10 commandments found in Deuteronomy, rather than Exodus.

The footnote to be found for Exodus 20 in my New Jerusalem translation (the official English language version of the Catholic bible), reads; 'This is the priestly version of the Ten Commandments; another version, the Deuteronomic, is found in Dt 5, and it is the second which has been adopted by the Church'.
